Pos Sales Return Cannot Possible Multiple Times

Hi,

Can u please help me on POS sales return cannot possible multiple times.

Only one time we can return (it's not refelcting on customer report / daily sales / monthly sales)

Please solve this basic need of mine.

Hello,

Yes, if you add sale from list sales page the sale will be locked as it is directly attached to the main salle.

If you need multiple return, then please use open returns from returns menu in left side bar.

If we use open return, if we do the return based on item still it is not reflecting on sales report / customer report

Hello,

Open return will be in profit and loss report. Open return has no relation with sales.

Please try to enable multiple sales return from POS sale list will be very usefull and we thank you for that.

I wish I could add such option but it's not possible to sync 2 records at the moment.
