I have just checked your server for update and found that the issue is due to memory limit. Please increase the memory limit to 256M and then try again.

Are you on shared hosting? I would suggest to at least 4GB VPS with SSD it could cost you below $30/month but you will have full control. We can help with this. If you would like to know more please follow up on your update ticket?

You should set at least 256M. You don't have to set it again. If there is any issue, please check with your host/serve admin. You can check the server error logs for error details.

I already check the error page but it not state about loading pos sale problem.

POS Sale loading every 3 month..

Are this because a lot of document that make storage full. And when storage full, POS Sale cannot open and never ending loading?

This is because, what actually cannot open is the receipts that customer buy everyday in the mart.. so we need to open the receipts everyday to check and if customer want to refund...


I want to set the receipt in POS Sale list to be auto-deleted after 30 days to make sure no loading happen again...


Can you help me to check the server and help to solved the issue.
