Hi,
I have been trying to figure out how to print to POS Thermal printer. I have followed all instructions on the documentation. My printer is usb and shared. I have placed smb://computername/Receipt Printer.
I have installed your printer server trial and added printer same way and when i test print, it worked. but when i use the POS using POS printer server settings, nothings happening it wont print at all.

- MSAnsweredPlease pay attention on the shared name as it should be `alpha-numeric` with less than `8 characters` in length.
If the PPP can print the test page than you need set default printer at index of PPP and update SMA POS Settings to use PPP with local printers as yes. Please post screenshot if you still can't. You can add attachments to replies. Thank you - DEAnsweredThanks. Its now working. I failed to set it up as default.
My other issue Euro sign (€) is not appearing properly.Attachments - MSAnsweredCan see your settings page for the sign? You can try with different character to test

Where can I edit the pos print reciept template. I tried editing /themes/default/admin/views/pos/view.php but nothing changesAttachments - MSAnsweredYou should update `Currency Symbol` in system settings. If you need the receipt view file, it is `themes/default/admin/views/pos/remote_printing.php`

- MSAnsweredI have tried to check and the receipt format os fine. I suspect something encoding or print char issue. Can you try with different character such as $ or any other. I don't have printer now but I will try to print with my receipt printer on Monday.
