Pleas make sure you are using v3 with php8.0

Please check your server error logs for error details and share with me so that I suggest.

If you are not sure about server logs, you can enable app logs by change the `log_threshold` to 1 in the `app/config/config.php` and then try the page again to produce errors. Lastly check the latest log file in the `app/logs/` folder.

yes am using v3 with php 8.3

v3 is not compatible with 8.1+ Please use php8.0.
