Dear support,

We have managed to connect the Pole device, but when we do sales items (adding items and quantities) for sale, nothing shows up or changes on the Pole, only the “Connected” text is displayed. This copy of SMA hosted on interserver.net.

We have another copy of the system hosted on Bluehost and that works fine with the same Pole, I tried using that system’s pole.js file and replacing the one that doesn’t work, but that didn’t help.

See the below pole.js file that works. Please assist us in solving this issue.
