- MSAnsweredHello,
Please take the screenshot of edit product, I will need to see the price, selected tax (take separate screenshot) and tax method to know and explain how it is being calculated.
You can check the FAQ `What is the difference between inclusive and exclusive tax on add product page?` in the documentation.pdf to know how taxes are calcualted.
Thank you - NNAnsweredHello,

Screen capture attachedAttachments - MSAnsweredHello,
Your product price is 140 with exclusive tax of 15% so that price on receipt should be 140 + (140*15/100 = 21) = total 161. The receipt you shared is showing 161 with 21 tax. What is wrong here? - NNAnsweredthe wrong in the raw "1.00 x 161.00 [Tax (VT15) 21.00]
what is 21.00?

- NNAnsweredHello,
but the tax is 24 not 21, how this calculated
Best regards - MSAnsweredHello,
I have already told you how it is calculated in my previous reply. Did you not [read my reply](/support/question/picture-for-pos-invoice?page=1#answer_5045) :(
The tax amount as per my reply is 21 and price is 140 so the 161 is the correct unit price. How are you calculating the tax amount 24? - Login to Reply
