hi i want enable add and edit categories and brands for admin permissions user, I configured the file to see it in the menu but it gives an error that it does not have the right to the specific menu, what other change do i need to make?

The owner and admin groups have fixed permissions. You will need to edit the code to change. It won't suggest unless you know how to modify the php code or hire any developer to help you.

I am sorry as I don't suggest doing this. You need to have php knowledge to modify code and changing permissions in system settings controller could cause serious issues.
