Hi
Firstly we faced problem with new user creation email notification, after resolving that new user starts to receive emails with a very lengthy encrypted pwd (which is not set while creating the new user). See attached: https://imgur.com/a/ihiKKMz But using this lengthy password we were unable to login to the user account.
So we set a default pwd for all user account creation and the email will send the default pwd to the user and request the user to change pwd upon first login. But the change pwd function is not working. See attached: https://imgur.com/a/MqboBJY
Could you assist on this issue?
