Page Refresh After Highlight Text In The Page

Hi, every time when I press my left mouse button and highlight text to delete, the page will immediately refresh. Could someone teach me how to fix this?

Which page are you talking about? There is no connection of text selection with page refresh.

Please share the screenshot of the page.
