The both screenshots has same biller for the sale. I didn’t understand which user accounts are you talking about. As I know there is no change for sale for quite long.

If you want see the shop sales, you can shop it from the page menu on list sales page.

i mean online when the customer buy online invoices usually shown in the same biller account who assigned the user for POS as well with the same biller, but after last update the same user assigned the same biller is unable to see the online sales invoice in his account better i will make one video then can be understand

Please make sure that the user has the right to view all records. You can edit the sale staff and set rights as you need.
