Please let me know in detail.

The steps are as following

1. Download the file and extract it
2. Add virtual host or subdomain and set the root path to `public` folder in your extracted files
3. Access your virtual host/subdomain in the browser and you should be able to access the installer. If not just add `/install` at the end.

If you stuck on any, please let me know the setup number and if you can share the screenshot.

I am sorry we can't set it up on the local machine but only on a live server.

For xampp, please add virtual host and set the root path to `public` folder in your download files. The access the virtual host in web browser to perform the installation.
