Please let me know in detail.

The steps are as following

1. Download the file and extract it
2. Add virtual host or subdomain and set the root path to public folder in your extracted files
3. Access your virtual host/subdomain in the browser and you should be able to access the installer. If not just add /install at the end.

If you stuck on any, please let me know the setup number and if you can share the screenshot.

I am sorry we can’t set it up on the local machine but only on a live server.

For xampp, please add virtual host and set the root path to public folder in your download files. The access the virtual host in web browser to perform the installation.
