You will get `No matching result found!` if the product is out of stock in the warehouse. Warehouse can be selected from POS. It's above the search product or scan barcode and below customer selection.

If the user has been assigned a warehouse, then the warehouse won't he displayed.

If you want to sell out of stock item, you can enable overselling in system settings.

Hello,

Import will add the products to the system with 0 stock. Once imported, you can add purchase to set the initial warehouse stock. Once purchase added, you should be see the quantity updated on the list products page and you should be able to sell the products in stock.

How do I configure the printer, remove some details on the receipt, because it is too long?

Hello,

You can install printer on your machine and then add printer from settings of application.

If you have installed the SMA locally, then you can use PHP server. Otherwise web browser.

There is windows application available `POS Print Server` for $12 that can be used to print using local receipt printers.
