No Install Folder - 404 Error On Install

Just installed as per the documentation pdf, but there is no install folder in the public directory, and therefore going to /install gives a 404 error on the server. Where is the install folder?

Install now sorted, but when going to /login it does a redirect loop...

I am glad to know that you have managed to fix the issue. I am guessing it was due to php version. If not, would you like to share the solution with others.
