How do i install - Imagick PHP extension needs to be loaded! On Laragon.

I have tired to install it But can NOT Be Enabled. when i go to PHP-Extensions-imagick. it can not be checked.

If you have pecl then you can install using pecl install imagick

If you use chocolatey then choco install imagemagick

Hello Kindly Also Help. Am not able to add users. Its Brings an error of required password yet i DONT have an option for create Password. i have created user Roles But am not able able to Add Users because there is NO option Of Create password.
