The image shows that your purchase cost is much higher than the sale. May I know what accounting method you are using for inventory? You are not suggested to change it, just select one and then stick with it. AVCO could result in such issues as avg. cost could go higher depending on your purchase. The update won’t change anything in the database as it will stay the same. So, we need to find the cause that triggers the cost higher. If you remember steps to replicate or keep a close eye for products those having issue.
