Hello,
On POS screen, when I start typing the product name/code on the left hand side, the POS screen on the right hand side doesn't narrow down the products in accordance with what I typed.
For example, 4 products with codes 1222, 1122, 1112, 1113. On POS screen when I start typing the code first "1" it should show all of the 4 products on the right hand side, continuing to "11" it should 3 products (1122, 1112, 1113) and eliminating (1222). Typing 111 should only show 1112 & 1113.
Why is that? knowing that there is a loading sign on the top right corner implies it is trying to narrow down the products (to show less product thumbs) but that doesn't happen.
Could you kindly advice.

There is no option to filter/search the gird at all.
The search will show the products matched in dropdown. If you are not getting the dropdown then please check your server error logs and let me know the error details so that I can suggest solution.

Regards - AAAnsweredIm sorry but what is the point of having images of the products on the right hand side on POS screen? it is not handy specially with touch screens. I have around 700 products.

The grid is there to add item to order. just click the product to add to order.
Once you search, the result will be dropdown and touch would work fine on them.

In my business I need to add the beginning of the code and then select the correct product from the touch screen. this is useful for businesses that are 3 categories deep (category -> level 1 sub category -> level 2 sub category).

SMA don't have multi-level categories but just category & subcategory. Anyway I will check about filtering the pos grid in future updates.
