My Inventory Item Have Qty But Cannot Sale

Hello Support I have few items have same problem. it has quantity in stock but when we make sale it error and alert: Exampl : " The quantity is out of stock for WD My Passport 4TB

I have few items have same problem.

it has quantity in stock but when we make sale it error and alert:

Exampl : " The quantity is out of stock for WD My Passport 4TB USB 3.0 External "
I also attached the screenshot

please help what could I do or verify about this issue?

    Hello,

    Please select the item on list products page and then try to sync quantity from page menu. Let me know if it changes the product quantity.

    because our team need to sale so I enable that. Could you test again by overselling diable?

    Yes, you are right. It is giving error with overselling disabled.

    I will server access or you can backup your database and attach with private reply. I will try to check that I can find the cause.
