Hello Tecdiary below is the answers from server support about issue of mixed login:
1. Thank you for providing us with the login details.
We logged into the Control Panel in question successfully. Unfortunately, we did not face the issue from our end. We have tried many attempts to reproduce the issue. Moreover, we have used different browsers, but we have not faced the issue with 'mixed logins'.
Also, we did not notice any issues on the Dedicated server-side. In this case, we would advise you to contact a web developer to resolve the matter.
We would advise you yo change the password for the WordPress username in question due to security reasons.
If you have other questions, please contact us.

The sessions are saved to database, please to change them to files as mention in my answer to your other question. `Session Variables` in the config has the details about changing the driver.
