Hi, I made a purchase and confirmed the quantity but when I add in the shop module I get the out of stock error yet the quantity is being reflected on the admin products side

If you have add the purchaser then item should be available on shop. Please share the full page screenshots and step to reproduce it on demo.

- DDAnsweredThere is only one warehouse and I have not seen how to link payment with that warehouse. I just make a purchase then accept payment

Let me know the site link with owner account details to have look. You can post private reply by enabling the `PRIVATE for Staff only` at top right of reply section.
