When I explored the database, I discovered that all data in the tables has been deleted, including the users table. This appears to have occurred after the error was triggered during the installation of the e-commerce module.

No, the module installer only inserts the data to database. It doesn’t delete anything from database. You didn’t provide the database server link. How can I access it?

As I can’t access the site and server so I am not clue. Do you have backup of the database?

Thank you for your continued support. I would like to clarify that the site https://rest.selaa.net/ was working perfectly until we attempted to activate the Ecommerce Module. During the installation process, we encountered the issue that led to the site being down.

After your previous reply, and to allow you to check the Ecommerce Module Activation issue further, I have performed with the following steps:

1. I deleted the current installation.
2. Then I re-installed the application.
3. Now the https://rest.selaa.net/ is working.

I am providing you here with the necessary user credentials to log in and check the site. Once you have access, try to activate the Ecommerce Module.

As said that the module installer reset your database. I am not dare to install it. I would like to check if that’s the case. I will need server access files and database to make sure that I won’t mess your installation. Please let me know the server details so that I can investigate.

The purchase code belong to MPS not Ecommerce module. That will reset the MPS installation without any data. That’s the reason the roles were deleted. Please use the Ecommerce module license key. I will update the module installer two match the key with installing module.

No there is no need to wait for the update. You can’t use the MPS license key to install e-commerce module.

Have you purchased the e-commerce module? That is sold separately and you can only use license key for shop module to install it.
