I followed the instructions, I copied the installation files to a directory outside the public_html, I created a subdomain in CPanel that points to dir/public, I started the install and entered all the info and when it tries to connect to the database I get this error “No database received from install server, please check with developer.”
I did not see any log files I could check to see what the issue may be. Can you please help me figure out what the issue is? so I can complete the installation.

Without server IP or domain the database access details are useless.
If you have phpmyadmin, it display the info to right side bar. You can let me know the cPanel login details so that I can check.

Never resolved, there was no followup and the reply above was not seen. I have moved on and see this as a waste of time and money. Makes me think twice before buying anything from you again.

I am sorry to listen. Things could go wrong as each server could have different versions and configurations. This can’t be avoided but it is important that we try to help. There is no way for anyone to know such things without checking and no magic to check with incomplete details.
You should not pay for the thing you haven’t used. If you haven’t installed it yet, please open a refund request to get your money back.
