Hello, I uploaded the script to my server. Exactly according to the instructions. But when I type /install after my website address, nothing loads. what is the problem? Why is there no folder install at all??

installis not folder but route. Have you set the domain/subdomain path topublicfolder in your uploaded files?If you want me to check, please let me know the server (file & database) access details in private reply.
You can add private reply by enabling the
PRIVATE for Staff onlyat the top right od reply section.Thank you
