Hello,

You will need to add virtual host and set the root path to public folder in the `wims` folder. If all set correctly, you should be able to open the virtual host url in the browser and it will bring you to the installer.

Have you added the [virtual host](https://www.digitalocean.com/community/tutorials/how-to-set-up-apache-virtual-hosts-on-ubuntu-18-04-quickstart) with path as I said in my previous reply?

It will be easier for me to check on live server than local.
