I am still having issues. when I install the application on cpanel it doesn't bring error but the application doesn't open but rather it redirects to a different website when I open it

when I try installing on heroku it brings an error

Have almost same problem, in logs I've got this message:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Cannot use import statement outside a module in modules/MPS/Resources/js/app.js on line 2
``import Vue from 'vue';``

Cpanel: 100.0.5
NPM: 6.14.15
Node: 14.18.1
PHP: 8.0.14

Any advice?
