How can i make so in the MPS The Country and City is needed not Country and State 'couse in my country we don't have states. for example the main capital of the Country is not in the list of states its in the list of cities but i cant select it because there is no option. another example "Šuto Orizari" is a municipality in the capital but is shows in states. I just need to change state with city
