Dear Whom so concerned i have raised that i am facing an issue after installation and as you were not responding from the past 2 days i have raised an request for refund and as you responded i have clearly mentioned i am no where concerned about the refund any more and i am looking for the issue resolvance and despite that you have not fixed the issue and processing the refund. DOes this sound legit in any manner ?

As we can’t really check for the cause and you said it’s code but same is working fine locally and on live demo server so the refund request was approved.
If you were looking the issue resolution, you should never open the refund request 😦 We can’t work on urgent basis that’s the second reason for refund.

Thanks for your response can you cancel the refund request and help us solving the issue ? I do understand your concern and i have already mentioned that if you are providing an solution i am no way concerned with the refund .
