When I import a list of products, and check it in shop it is not displayed, although I refreshed the screen many times. Although it is uploaded in mysql database. then second time when I import it, then it shows in the shop screen. What can be the reason?

If the product is import, not hidden for shop and the shop warehouse is set. They will display on the shop. System won't add the product if the product code already exists in the database, it will just update.

- MSAnsweredI have no idea. Do the products listed on the listing page after first import? Do you use any cache/security/optimisation plugin?

- MSAnsweredI just tested it agin. Import is working fine and the product is showing in the shop. I can't find any issue. There is no need to import the same csv file twice.
- MAAnsweredthe issue is still there. I checked that when I upload the product with csv, it dont show up in shop. Then when I edit any of the uploaded product and submit it then it shows.. i dont know what is the reason. Kindly please check..
- MSAnsweredI did test as per my previous reply. The import is working fine. There is no need to edit or import second time. I am not sure why you having this issue. You can try to import product on live demo to check. Thank you
- JFAnsweredI have same issue, PHP 7.4.5, Nginx PHP-FPM, only owner can view products on admin panel, another user's can't show it, all products are imported ok into database with variants, but only owner can view into admin panel, if I edit product from owner account then product OK and appears for all users and in the shop, maybe some column missed on database or something related about group perms, but I don't found it,
- MSAnswered**[Jordi Ferrer](/u/daxys)** There is no such permissions, products should be visible to all users unless you have assigned the user a warehouse and choose to not display 0 quantity products in system settings.
I am not sure why but might be some setting related issue. Did you test it on live demo? If yes please let me know the step to replicate. If no, you can give test. I did test on my local install and the product import is fine.
