Please try to upload the product image again. If it’s still the same, please let me know the installation URL with owner account details.
You can add private reply by enabling the
PRIVATE for Staff only
at the top right of reply section.Thank you

Hello,
I can’t check the local installations 😦 I thought it’s on live server.
You can right click the image and copy image url and make sure that the image exists. I have checked the product images are working fine.
If you can install it on a live server and have issue, I can help you check.
