Hey, I buy SimplePOS by impressed with the given demo link here as it’s according to my requirment. http://spos.de9.cc/settings But after Purchasing the Software settings are different than this. So Please Let me know How I can get this version With Khmer and Chines languages with a currency Exchange Option. I also attached the screenshot here. Or If I cannot get This version how I can Use Exchange Option In My Purchased version as here In Cambodia two currencies are used together in All POS. Please Help me as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    Simple POS don’t have multiple currencies feature. It only has one currency use case and currency code can be set in settings.

    The link you shown is web version, while you have asked at windows installer. They both are same in feature but web version to be used on server while this one is only for offline use.

    Please dwonlaoad the attached file and then extract it. Lastly open the SimplePOS and restore the database using the extracded spos.db

    Hello,

    This happens when you import the product using any other encoding then utf8. Please alwasy make sure that your csv file is using utf8 encoding and saved without BOM.

    Hello,

    I have already sent you the data with fixes.

    There were strange characters in your products’ name that was causing the issue. You can avoid copy paste for the name file and type. I am not sure who this caused but this is my finding. If you have issue again, please let me know the step to replicate.
