why am I getting error 404 even after following your instructions .htacess is there. apache is enabled. base url is ok what should i do?

I can see have space in your url. You are not allowed to have such base_url. Please change the `Simple%20Stock%20Manager%20v2.1.2` folder name to something like `ssm` or `stock` then update the `base_url` in `app/config/config.php` accordingly.
