The Ajax request might be failing. Please set the
log_thresholdto 1 in theapp/config/config.phpthen try to open the sale again. Lastly check the latest log file in theapp/logs/folder.If there is no error logs, then pleas share the installation url with login details in private reply so that I can have look.

I need to upgrade the app to be compatible with version 8.3 of the php version , as i made it 7.3 to be working fine again while it’s not supported from server side as it’s old version
