I have activated on sale YES, but when I change to NO, some products I cannot sell in the pos it appears to me that the quantity for the product is out of stock and I check and the product has quantities.

I am sorry as I didn't understand. If you have quantity, you should be able to sale it. You should check the warehouse quantity from list products page after selecting the warehouse.
