I Getting The Error Message In Install Step

Hi,

i have the below error on install page.

Directory access is forbidden.

when i open the index.php page i also facing the below error
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /home/cvoelect/guntektakip.com/stok/install/install.php on line 15

Hello,

Please check the server requirements in documentation.pdf

I guess, your php version is not 7.2+ Please update it and then try again.

Am getting same error, i tried above method also, but nothing happened. Please help me to install the application.
