I can leave the product value to negative money ?
Customers pay a portion of cash for multiple orders.
So to solve the problem temporarily
I create a product called "repayment". Each payment is negative value.
How i can do this ?

Payments are attached to sales and purchases. You can accept multiple payment per sales/purchase.
**_There is no option to accept payment for multiple sales._**
