There is no option to upgrade. You can purchase the license you need and then let me know the old order number/license key to get refund. Please be informed that the refund only can be issue if the old order is no more than 90 days.

I didn’t understand. You don’t have to delete. If you already install the item with old key then you can download and update the files except .env file, public/assets/ and storage/app/ folder. Thank you
