Hello, am asking if there is a way I could disable amount(money value) in the product report, if I only need to see the sold and purchased quantity without the money value of the quantity sold or purchased

Hello,

Reports show the amounts. There is no option to not show to disable. You can ignore if you don't need them. But if you want to remove then you will need to modify the item code.
