In language file `app/language/xxxxx/admin/sma_lang.php` please replace xxxxx with your language `arabic`.

*Only English language files are up to date. For all others you might need to copy the new lines from english language files and paste then to your language files and translate.*

SMA is translate-able and the language files are in `app/language/` folder.

If you have modified then you will can check your view files in `themes/default/admin/views/sales/` folder.
