You can visit the brands menu from settings and then click add brand from page menu to add brand. Those will be displayed same like categories on POS screen.

how to allow permission to it

Hello,

Usually the brands are setup at start and only owner has the permissions for brands and categories. There is no option to allow these to any other group.
