I don’t have the POS module. If I purchase that, does it enable Stripe for the Shop and Invoice modules, too, or only for POS?

Well, I spoke too soon. I guess we do have the POS module, but have never installed it as we don’t need it. My question still applies - does installing POS enable Stripe for all of SMA, or only POS?

Yes, install POS will enable Stripe and will work as expected.

Disabling the POS in app/core/MY_Controller.php file would not remove the option but I am not sure if that will work. You need to test this.

Sorry for the slow reply. Other projects to work on. Back to this - installing POS adds Stripe, but only for the POS module. It doesn’t change the Shop module, which is still offering only Skrill and PayPal.

The Stripe required POS Module. You can enable it in POS settings and then it should show up for the shop module settings and once enabled the shop will show the Stripe as payment option.

Okay, I believe I found it. Yes, I installed the POS Module and configured Stripe. But, it wasn’t showing up in the Shop module. Finally, I found the Shop front end setting “Stripe”, which is a yes/no toggle. Flipped it to yes and that seems to have solved it. I was confused as I was looking for a Stripe settings tab to be added in the System Settings along with Skrill and PayPal.

Yes, the stripe is bit complicated for shop. I am rewriting this app and will try to move stripe to main module. Thanks
