Hello,
Once you have uploaded the MPS to your server, you will need to run
composer installcommand before accessing the installer in the browser and follow the steps.The eCommerce module installation can be done from the admin area of MPS (Settings -> Manage Modules) page.
If you are not sure, please let me know your server details in private reply.
