Hello,

You can check your server php error logs for error details.

Once installed,

1. you can open it and add printers
2. try to print test page (if yes move to there otherwise check the printer and start over)
3. set the default printer on index page of PPP app
4. Select PPP as printing in pos settings with local printer to yes

SMA don't have any option to auto print without going to receipt page.

The printer IP and port should be mentioned in printer manual and those can be changed to suit your network. You can check with your dealer or google your model to find the manual. We don't offer any remote support but if you need I can refer someone (not Tecdiary member) to help you setup.
