I get this error "Please check category code (). Category Code does not exist. Line No 1 " when importing products.

As there is no category `()` that means system can’t ready you csv file.Please make sure that the csv is promptly saved as comma separated values, encoded in utf-8 and save without BOM as mentioned in the import page.
