Please make sure you have upload all the files as mentioned in the install instructions. I hope there were no errors while installing the item. You can upload the `themes` folder again.

What happened yesterday? Is there any changes made to code or server any software update or config changes? Please check with your server admin. Just a though, you can check the memory_limit SMA required minimum 256M.
