Is there any option to give a discount to customers if they bought same product 2 or more, for ex. if customer bought 2 T-Shirts then he/she get 10% discount?

There is no such promotion feature.
I know people using combo product as a work around for such offer.

but if the product have variants then system will not allow to add those products in combo.
So if possible please take it as a suggestion and update this feature in next release.
