I can see the full path, so I am not sure what files are causing that, if anything related to images or storage, you could ignore as those are links not folder. If anything, other, please let me know the full path.

We had this problem when we extracted the zip file. After the files were extracted, we tried to install the software, and we are getting this error message.

I observed that you have `public` in the url. Please add virtual host for local installation and set the root path to `public` folder of extracted download file.

For the 500 errors, please check the php error logs. If you are not sure, you can try checking Laravel log in `storage/logs/` folder. I can suggest a solution once I know the error details.
