The migration failed while creating the attachments table. You can delete the table attachments and then try to run the command again.

I deleted the table and ran the command but still the same error. I have attached the error snap for your reference.

Note I even tried to delete the price_groups table but still got the same error.

I am not sure why the migrations were not recorded. Please let me know server details to check. Thanks
