I have installed S Forum and getting an error 500 the db installed OK and validated my domain is

I have no issues on other sites showing PHP files so I have no Idea, I just paid for support then realized that I already had support from Evanto, can you please reply and let me know what the error may be

Hello Jim,

You can validate/extend your support with Envato purchase code.

For 500 error, please check the server error logs for details and let me know so that I can suggest.

You can enable app logs by changing the log_threshold to 1 in app/config/config.php and visit the page again to reproduce error. Lastly check the app/logs/ folder for latest log file.
