Can you please try to install on live serever to that I can check for you.
Please make sure you are connected to internet and that the allow_url_fopen is enabled, then try agian. Is still same, please try it on live server and I will help you check.

I am sorry as there is no such chat option and I can’t access anydesk (not sure it’s my network or something else). You can WhatsApp our number but as we don’t work on Saturdays and Sundays so the I can only suggest, can’t help much as not on computer.
Did you try again? Are you getting the same error? Can you please share the full screenshot of the error page?
Please provide details so that I can understand the issue. The other user having the same error, I checked for him, there were no issues at all, and installation went smooth. Please let me know the answer to the above questions and if you can install on live server to test the installation?
