    Hello,

@TimTecS and @Daniel Pond I am sorry to listen. I am checking the issue. If you have enabled the allow_url_fopen and there is no error in your server’s php error logs and Laravel logs in storage/logs/ then I will need to check your server for the cause.

Please restart your php and web server after enabling the allow_url_fopen

Mr. Tim please follow up on your question.

Mr. Daniel if you haven’t asked a question yet, please ask so that you have the option to reply privately. Otherwise, you will be replied shortly.

I assure you that I am checking and will try my best to resolve this asap.

    Thank you

I still had the same issue. the correct root path was set and allow_url_fopen is enabled, unfortunately still got nothing. I sent Anydesk access for one of your guys to access my server directly but refuses. How should I proceed, purchased your product and not getting sufficient help.

@Mian Saleem the last time I asked. I pleaded with you all to just check my Anydesk access or teamviewer. the Guy refused, I am having the same ‘Error Install No Database Received’ and Ive done everything said here and the other place I asked the question to no avail. If I give yall my access will you all take a look at it?

    Daniel Pond Hello,

I am sorry but we can’t manage the fixed time. If you can give the anydesk access form 1000 - 1700 GMT+8 then you can add a private reply on your question with details.

I would suggest trying it on a live server so that I can check for you. I have noticed this problem with few users but once I tried their server it was fine, installation went smooth without any issue, so I suspect the issues was due to some config that resolved but I am still looking into this issue.

I am here to help so I suggest you follow up on your question.

    Thank you
